Cavill Video Creations offers tons of different options to customize your wedding experience. Each wedding package includes several to many options from this list. Please check out each wedding package page to see what's included (The Rose Package includes virtually every option). If an option is not included in the package, it can be added.

A second videographer makes a huge difference to the final experience. Footage during the ceremony is dynamic with multiple angles and closeups during all the important and touching events.

A second set of eyes at the reception allows us to capture more of the atmosphere, with guest shots, reaction shots and multiple angles of the action (for example, a close up of the bride and a simultaneous shot of the crowd as she tosses her bouquet).

Because there's lots of extra footage, we automatically include eight (8) bonus hours of editing time to help create a more cinematic experience.

The Rose Package includes a second videographer.

Extra cameras at the ceremony provide a richer experience when viewing. The primary camera is situated at the front of the venue near the altar to record close up shots. Other cameras allow shots from the balcony or back of the aisle, additional mid to wide angle shots from the altar-area, and side views of the ceremony. We will place cameras in discreet locations that we determine will provide the most coverage, or you can specify locations for shots that you desire when we meet to discuss options.

Each additional camera ordered includes two additional editing hours.

The Rose Package includes (4) four cameras.

Up to a total of six (6) cameras can be ordered for any event.

If your event is planned to be longer than a usual wedding celebration, you can order additional hours of coverage at the booking.

Our end time is very flexible and when our scheduled time is near conclusion, we'll let you know and you can decide to order an additional hour of shoot time. When that's concluded, we'll check in again, and so on.

Each additional shooting hour includes a minimum two extra editing hours.

Extra editing hours can be ordered if you have specific editing requirements.
Our included editing hours are enough to create an extremely professional cinematic style presentation of your wedding day. We'll use our own time if the project takes longer to complete to our satisfaction.
Certain options (such as an extra videographer or an additional camera includes extra hours of editing built in).

The Outtakes disc is arguably our most popular option. Our standard ceremony & reception disc includes all the events of the day, but we usually record far more footage than can fit on one disc.

We include footage like the bridal party "goofing off" between ceremony and reception, lots more dancing and guest shots, and full length versions of the bridal dollar dance.

We carefully screen the footage on our Ceremony & Reception disc, ensuring that every shot is tasteful and comfortable for anyone to view.

Any more "colorful" footage (as the groomsmen tend to be) will be included for your enjoyment on the Outtakes disc and to share at your discretion.

Guest interviews are a popular add-on. We promise to get a few words from all bridal party members and any guests that you specifically request.

We generally like to tell the bridal party before the ceremony when everyone is together that we'll be collecting interviews so they'll have time to prepare. We don't like to put them on the spot.

During the beginning of the reception through dinner hour, we'll ask as many guests as possible if they'd like to say a few words. No one is under obligation, and we'll happily come back if someone wants to prepare beforehand.

This photo montage is included on the final DVD and you can also opt to have it displayed during your reception.

Generally couples choose to display ten photos of the bride from childhood through present, and ten of the groom. However, we often do presentations with far more pictures of each, and occasionally a more detailed "family tree" style with photos of parents and grandparents included as well.

The invitation and/or wedding program is displayed on the DVD. We can film the documents themselves, or recreate the text similar to movie credits over footage (typically items like your flowers or champagne glasses).

The bridal party names and titles are displayed over still photos (typically your flowers or champagne glasses), rendered like movie credits.

The deluxe version of the End Credits includes video highlights of each party member from the day and text effects to create a dynamic sequence.

We tailor the DVD case and DVD labels for you. Each design is unique incorporating information (wedding date, location, etc.) and photos from the event.

Disc labels can include photos of the bride and groom, artistically stylized, or photos of your flowers, etc.

You can suggest a theme (bridesmaid dress colors, seasonal colors, specific flower variety, etc.) or let our designer create a classy presentation for you.

Each chapter point is keyed to specific events so you can navigate directly to your vows and ring exchange then jump immediately to your bouquet toss. Without this option, chapter breaks are set to a default of every ten minutes for fast forwarding through the DVD.

Our designer will create movie style DVD menus based on the theme of your choosing, and are generally coordinated with the design of the DVD case and disc labels. Menus can be animated with video highlights and other features.

The freeze frame highlight montage generally concludes the DVD with a recap of shots from the ceremony and reception.

We capture footage of the bride and groom before the ceremony, getting dressed and preparing. Clients generally remark some years later that they are glad this footage was captured, showing the excitement and nervousness of the hour right before getting married.

The Rose Package includes the Pre-Ceremony hour with the bride and groom.

This 30 minute coverage captures the ceremony location as guests arrive. We take special care to ensure that we get special guests (like grandparents) as they arrive and are seated.

The Romance Story is generally fifteen to thirty minutes in length. Sometime before the wedding date, we'll meet with you and conduct an interview asking questions like how you met, about your first date, and collect other fun anecdotes.

This is included on the DVD and you can also opt to have it presented at the reception.

This sequence is eight to fifteen minutes long consisting of highlights from both the ceremony and reception.

The sequence can be public or we can place it in a password protected directory.
